The role involves routing, maintaining customer records, and serving as the communication link between customers, technicians, and leadership.

You'll schedule service calls, prioritize requests, dispatch staff based on availability and skills, monitor progress, and help forecast workload.

• Maintain daily dispatch board and technician schedules.
• Monitor technician routes and job progress.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and customer needs.
• Forecast workload and staffing 2–3 days ahead.
• Communicate job details and updates to technicians.
• Coordinate parts requests with parts department.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records.
• Confirm next-day appointments.
