Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking a highly organized Plumbing Dispatcher to coordinate daily service operations, schedule technicians, and prioritize calls. You will ensure timely, quality service and maintain strong communication with customers and field teams.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to juggle priorities, and a commitment to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Dispatching for home services experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians by priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc.

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. The Plumbing Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating daily plumbing service operations by efficiently scheduling technicians, prioritizing service calls, and ensuring customers receive timely and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with customers and field technicians, and can effectively balance changing priorities throughout the day. This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to keep technicians productive while maintaining a positive customer experience.

As a key connection between our customers, plumbing technicians, and office team, the Dispatcher will help ensure the right technician is assigned to the right call at the right time—supporting Baker Brothers' commitment to quality service, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
