Job summary

Cool Today in Florida is hiring Traders Dispatchers to manage daily technician schedules, dispatch work orders to field technicians by priority and location, and confirm next-day appointments.

The role requires 1 year of dispatching experience in HVAC or related trades, basic MS Office skills, and availability evenings/weekends. Service Titan experience is a plus in a dynamic, customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dispatching experience in HVAC or related trades.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially with MS Office.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Evenings and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians by priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc.

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry

• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications

• Experience with Service Titan is a plus

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends

• MUST have Experience(Trades Dispatching preferred)

• Service Titan Experience a PLUS

• Must have a flexible work schedule, can be staffed any time from 7am to 10pm.
