Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.
• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate incoming service requests.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians using best practices for efficiency.
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Follow up on open calls and ensure completion of work orders.
• Communicate appointment updates promptly with customers and field staff.
• Track and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Enter accurate customer and job information into company systems.
• Collaborate with technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and resolve issues before they impact customers.
• Support daily goals with initiative and urgency.
