If you've worked in dispatch for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services, you know the job is about much more than answering phones. Great dispatchers keep technicians moving, customers informed, problems solved, and revenue flowing.

At Korte Does It All, we're looking for a Dispatcher who understands urgency, takes ownership, and delivers exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, follows through on every task, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to happen next.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every customer interaction
• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate incoming service requests
• Schedule and dispatch technicians using right technician/right call best practices
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and proactively adjust schedules as needed
• Follow up on open calls, pending tasks, and incomplete work orders to ensure completion
• Communicate appointment updates promptly with customers and field personnel
• Track and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Enter accurate customer and job information into company systems
• Work closely with technicians to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Identify scheduling conflicts and solve problems before they become customer issues
• Support daily operational goals by taking initiative and maintaining a strong sense of urgency
