Job summary

UtiliQuest, LLC. is seeking a Dispatcher in the United States to manage technician schedules, dispatch orders, and coordinate communications between customers, technicians, and other departments. You will track work status and ensure timely completion of service requests.

Ideal candidates will have dispatch experience, strong written and oral communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. We offer weekly pay, PTO, parental leave, and holidays as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• At least one year of previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needs.
• Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments.
• Track work status, provide updates, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as needed.
• Handle and process data from multiple sources.
• Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation.
• Keep records of service calls and work orders.
• Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts.
• Other duties as assigned
