Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Dispatch Scheduler in Peoria, IL to coordinate and manage transportation reservations. You will report to the Assistant General Manager and ensure a smooth passenger experience through accurate data entry, timely updates, and proactive communication.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of office/administrative experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong skills in Microsoft Office and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Answer passenger calls gathering trip information.
• Provide system information to passengers and assist with service access.
• Complete data entry for passenger files and trip requests.
• Provide follow-up communications and report schedule changes.
• Notify scheduling and dispatch of passenger cancellations.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and filing systems.
• Communicate scheduling issues with operations staff.
• Handle multiple tasks accurately and professionally.
