Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service professional for a temp-to-hire role in Van Nuys, CA. The position emphasizes phone-based client communication, scheduling, and keeping multiple tasks organized in a fast-paced service environment.

You will coordinate with internal sales leadership to move leads, proposals, contracts, site walks, and technician dispatching forward, while maintaining accurate documentation for proposals and client activity.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of related customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or administrative coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-up and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to review proposals, contracts, and permits.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Make follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients to keep deals and service opportunities moving forward.
• Follow up on outstanding proposals and help guide clients toward timely decisions.
• Vet incoming clients to confirm fit before scheduling site walks or next steps.
• Schedule and confirm site walks with clients and field staff.
• Coordinate with the permit department to track permit progress and keep projects on schedule.
• Dispatch technicians to job sites and support day-to-day service coordination.
