Job Summary

We are seeking a Dispatcher for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Van Nuys, CA within the energy and utilities industry. The Dispatcher will play a key role in supporting field operations by communicating with technicians, assisting existing clients by phone and email, and helping ensure service requests are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to service locations throughout the Valley and Los Angeles area.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $25 to $26 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Dispatch technicians and coordinate field service activity across the Valley and Los Angeles area.

1 to 2 years of dispatching, customer service, client care, or related office support experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience dispatching technicians or field service teams.
• Experience in the energy, utilities, HVAC, construction, maintenance, or service industry.
