Responsibilities

Monitor service requests and dispatch field technicians to work orders promptly.
Maintain scheduling records and track call status in real time across internal systems.
Communicate updates to customers, technicians, and internal teams.
Review open jobs to identify delays and ensure costs are applied.
Create work orders in the IFS system for approved quotes.
Review payroll entries and meet daily deadlines.
