• Strong knowledge of the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles area.

• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple service calls, schedules, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to service locations throughout the Valley and Los Angeles area.
• Communicate with existing clients by phone and email regarding service needs, scheduling updates, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate daily technician routes and help adjust schedules based on customer needs and service priorities.
• Track service calls, update records, and maintain accurate dispatch-related information.
• Provide professional customer service while helping resolve scheduling questions or service concerns.
• Support office and field teams to help ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
