Qualifications

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide professional support.
• Monitor shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist drivers and provide dispatch support as needed.
• Ensure accessorial costs are approved and documented in the system.
• Update empty status and coordinate with customers on empties restrictions.
• Continuously seek improvements to customer satisfaction and service.
