INSPYR Solutions in Lowell, Arkansas is seeking a Dispatcher for a contract-to-hire position. The role requires coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring timely service delivery.

This on-site role offers a $18/hour W2 compensation with eligibility for permanent hire based on performance. Key duties include dispatching service tickets nationwide, tracking COIs, assisting the Project Manager, and maintaining project files.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Must type at least 40 WPM.
• Proficient with computers including MS Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an updated, organized, fast-paced schedule.
• Dispatch technicians on jobs and call them as needed.
• Track COIs and manage deliverables for completed jobs.
• Create BIS documents for billing.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily tasks.
• Provide administrative and logistical project support.
• Create and maintain project files; assist in scheduling and billing.
