Manatal seeks a self-motivated Service Dispatcher to join our Bentonville, AR & Lowell, AR team. You will coordinate nationwide service tickets, communicate with field staff and project managers, and keep project files organized.

This role offers temp-to-hire or 3-month temporary assignments with multiple shift options. Responsibilities include tracking deliverables, assisting with scheduling and billing entries, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience in dispatch or scheduling in a technical environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong data entry skills.
• Typing speed at least 40 WPM.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, or site work is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Position Overview

We are seeking self-motivated Service Dispatchers to join our Bentonville, AR &Lowell, AR team. Positions are available for both temp-to-hire and temporary 3-month assignments across multiple shift options. This role manages nationwide service dispatching and administrative project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service tickets to field technicians nationwide in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain constant communication with field staff, technicians, and project managers
• Track deliverables, project documentation, and certificates of insurance for completed jobs
• Assist project managers with scheduling, billing entries, and administrative workflows
• Maintain detailed and organized digital project files

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or operational support in technical or trade industries preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and database management
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, or technical site work is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

Benefits and Compensation

• Pay Range: $14.00 – $19.00 per hour (Temporary positions capped at $18.00 per hour)
• Multiple shift schedules available including morning, afternoon, and weekend coverage
• Full benefits package offered for temp-to-hire placements upon conversion
