Responsibilities

  • Oversee road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, ensuring routes begin on time and monitoring incidents.
  • Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips, including no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
  • Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators, acting as liaison between the carrier and emergency services.
  • Manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Collective Bargaining Agreement position: $19.50 per hour
    Subject to CBA)
  • Vacation: up to 5 days per year
  • Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours yearly for full‑time employees
