Hutchinson Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to join our team. In this fast-paced role you will schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service technicians, review routes for efficiency, and ensure timely service for our customers.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of office or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.

• Scheduling and dispatching HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians efficiently
• Reviewing and optimizing technician routes to maximize productivity
• Handling incoming calls from existing customers and delivering outstanding customer service
• Accurately entering and maintaining service ticket information
• Creating dispatch numbers for parts orders and tracking order status
• Following up on parts orders and coordinating installation appointments
• Communicating effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
