Starting at $21/hr, the dispatcher will optimize technician schedules, improve routing, and ensure high customer satisfaction while representing Harris professionally at all times.

• Analyze appointment history and technician performance to improve scheduling decisions.
• Handle multiple priorities, phone calls, emails, and schedule changes with confidence.
• Motivate technicians by communicating opportunities and helping them succeed.
• Follow company processes while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent Harris with a positive attitude.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
