Job summary

Yourairexperts in Marietta, GA is seeking an in-office Service Dispatcher to manage daily service schedules and dispatch technicians for HVAC/plumbing field work. You will pre-call customers, maintain the dispatch board, and track open tickets while collaborating closely with service managers and techs to resolve field issues.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of dispatch experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of dispatch experience (HVAC or plumbing preferred).
• Professional phone presence and strong communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM is highly preferred.
• Customer-first mindset and a team-focused attitude.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2-3 years of dispatch experience with HVAC or plumbing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems highly preferred
• A customer first mindset and a team focused attitude

Pay and Benefits

• $18 to $23 per hour base pay
• Paid weekly on Fridays

This is an in office position with a strong focus on collaboration, real time communication, and hands on support for our technicians and customers. While there is limited weekend flexibility, this role is not a remote position, and being present in the office is essential to success in this role.
