WM Henderson in Broomall, PA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our HVAC and plumbing service team on multiple shifts. This role focuses on scheduling, dispatching technicians, routing optimization, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate service tickets.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a customer-facing office role, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of office and/or customer service experience (dispatching experience preferred).
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and proactively manage schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn dispatching and customer management software.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians efficiently.
