You will schedule and dispatch technicians, optimize routes, handle customer calls, and maintain service tickets to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years office and/or customer service experience (dispatching preferred).
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage schedules.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatching software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and Plumbing technicians.
• Review routes to maximize productivity.
• Answer incoming calls and provide service.
• Enter and maintain service tickets.
• Create dispatch numbers for parts and track orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and installation appointments.
• Collaborate with technicians and teams to ensure timely service.
