Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• 1+ years of related experience in construction or logistics.
• MSHA compliance knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Geographical aptitude for the Fresno/Visalia area.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into a centralized system and schedule daily work.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, updating status and resolving changes or delays.
• Communicate with Sales Representatives, Plant Managers, and Production Coordinators.
• Resolve delivery timing or quantity disputes using logs and records.
• Handle basic accounting tasks and reconcile daily reports.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and drivers comply with site protocols.
• Maintain logs of unusual situations and support liability protection.
• Assist drivers with questions while on site.
