Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize routes for heavy trucks carrying materials such as concrete, asphalt, or steel.
• Assign machinery, service vehicles, and drivers to locations based on daily site needs.
• Maintain constant contact with field crews, drivers, and project managers via radios, phones, or dispatch software.
• Handle delays by rerouting drivers or coordinating repairs.
• Monitor logs to ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including DOT rules for drivers.
