Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch in creating work orders, maintaining billing notes, and inputting new equipment data.
• Handle clerical duties like scanning, filing, and daily mail management.
• Welcome and guide customers in tagging equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments with accurate documentation.
• Store components correctly in the warehouse or on Service Work Orders.
• Follow safety procedures and support Branch Manager.
