The role involves assisting dispatch with work orders and billing, guiding customers for equipment repairs, managing UPS shipments, and ensuring proper warehouse organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of education/experience in related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.

• Self-motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch in creating work orders, maintaining billing notes, and inputting new equipment data.
• Handle clerical duties like scanning, filing, and managing daily mail.
• Welcome and guide customers in tagging their equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Ensure components are stored correctly in the warehouse or attached to Service Work Orders.
• Prioritize safety and follow accident prevention procedures.
• Embrace new challenges assigned by the Branch Manager.
