F.E. Moran Group of Companies in the Chicagoland area is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for our Lemont office to coordinate inbound service calls, enter orders, and dispatch technicians based on urgency and location.

You are an experienced communicator with strong customer service skills, data entry in ERP and MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; join a team committed to safety, quality, and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling/dispatch in construction or related industry preferred.
• Proficient in data entry and reporting in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Email.
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and seek information as needed.
• Effective written and verbal communication across varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound service and repair calls, enter orders and dispatch technicians based on urgency and location.
• Handle accounting functions: issue purchase orders, vendor invoices, collections, and billing.
• Prioritize customer requests, prepare daily routes, and schedule technicians.
• Communicate with technicians on job status and help resolve customer concerns.
• Process completed job orders, administer contracts, and update client files.
