Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound service calls, enter orders, and dispatch technicians based on urgency and location.
• Issue purchasing orders, vendor invoices, collections, and billing.
• Prioritize customer requests, prepare daily routes, and schedule technicians.
• Communicate with technicians on job status and help resolve customer concerns.
• Process completed job orders, administer contracts, and update client files.

You Are:

• EXPERIENCED: Previous scheduling / dispatch experience is a plus, preferred in construction or related industry; previous customer service experience


• TECHNICAL: Proficient in data entry and reporting in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Email


• ANALYTICAL: Critical thinker with strong attention to detail; ability to problem-solve with creative solutions


• A SELF-STARTER: Utilize time management to successfully manage multiple competing priorities; ask questions and seek out information


• A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate, both verbally and written, to varied levels of audiences

What You'll Do:

• COORDINATE: Answer inbound service and repair calls from customers, enter orders and dispatch service based on urgency and location


• ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS: Issue purchasing orders, vendor invoices, collections, and billing


• ORGANIZE: Prioritize customer requests, prepare daily routes, and schedule technicians


• CONTACT: Communicate with technicians regarding job status and help to resolve customer concerns


• DOCUMENT: Process completed job orders, administer contracts, and update client files
