Job summary

Flagger Force is hiring an Operation Support Specialist to ensure efficient dispatch and strong client service for field teams and leadership.

You will apply SOPs, monitor incidents, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet client needs while upholding safety and company values. A High School Diploma is required; Associate's degree is preferred. Benefit-rich, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good prioritization skills.
• Solid problem solving abilities.
• Dispatching experience is a plus.
• Critical thinking and decision making.
• Active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to wear steel-toed boots or obtain before employment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply SOPs to daily tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Field Leadership for best client experience.
• Record incidents reported by field personnel and escalate as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with appropriate escalation/de-escalation.
• Assist during Storm Response with speed and accuracy.
• Monitor and share information using internal systems and GPS tracking to optimize dispatches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs timely and safely.
