Flagger Force, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to ensure timely dispatch and robust field support. You will comply with SOPs, coordinate with Field Leadership, and document incidents with proper escalation to maintain high-quality client service.

The role emphasizes accurate information flow, safety-conscious decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and strong computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Apply SOPs to daily tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with Field Leadership for best client experience.
• Record incidents reported by field personnel and escalate as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with proper escalation/de-escalation.
• Support dispatch operations during Storm Response.
• Monitor information using internal software and GPS tracking for efficient dispatch.
