Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking an Operation Support Specialist to meet client demand through effective dispatch and comprehensive job support. You will follow SOPs, build relationships with Field Leadership, report incidents accurately, and escalate where needed.

The role emphasizes safety, fast decision making, and clear communication across field teams and clients. Day-to-day you will monitor GPS locations, use internal systems, and coordinate with colleagues to keep work on track during storms and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply SOPs to daily tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Field Leadership for best client experience.
• Capture and record incidents reported by field personnel and escalate as needed.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and use of escalation/de-escalation tactics.
• Demonstrate ability to work quickly and accurately during Storm Response.
• Maintain knowledge of office and field policies to assist staff.
• Monitor, capture, and share information using internal software and systems.
• Utilize GPS tracking to monitor locations of field employees and equipment for best routes.
• Work cross-functionally to meet client needs in a timely and safe manner.
• Understand workzones, equipment, and staffing needs.
• Understand Pre Construction process and relay information to field leadership and clients.
• Keep safety at forefront in decision making for all client orders.
• Understand order dispatch including key times, totals, criticality, prioritization and status.
• Exhibit creative problem-solving to find multiple viable solutions.
• Relate client impacts including severity, notifications, and documentation.
• Relay information to/from field employees, field leadership, clients, management, and safety personnel.
• Knowledge of company footprint and core/noncore/mobilization areas.
• Perform other duties as required; non-traditional shifts may require booking hotels for travelers, resetting passwords, and IT issues.
