Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking an Operation Support Specialist to meet client demand through effective dispatch and support while upholding our values and mission. You will work with field leadership and clients to ensure timely, safe service, applying SOPs, recording incidents, and resolving issues with strong communication.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to incidents and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are expected.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and dispatch effectively.
• Demonstrated active listening and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Parse SOPs and apply daily tasks in dispatch operations.
• Maintain relationships with Field Leadership for client experience.
• Record incidents accurately and escalate when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and appropriate escalation when required.
• Support field staff during Storm Response periods.
• Monitor information using internal software and GPS tracking for dispatching.
