Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a hands-on Dispatch Manager in Florida to lead a team of dispatchers, oversee daily operations, and ensure routes are completed on schedule while maintaining service quality.

You will partner with the District Manager and Operations to coordinate staffing, equipment, and route coverage, and to implement streamlined dispatch procedures for improved efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in dispatch/transport/logistics or route-based operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a team of Dispatchers with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee daily dispatch operations ensure routes are assigned, monitored, and completed on schedule.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment availability, and daily route coverage with District Manager and Operations.
• Establish dispatch procedures, communication protocols, and service standards.
• Build relationships with municipal contacts and provide proactive service updates.
