Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with hiring, coaching and developing employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a team of Dispatchers, establishing clear performance expectations.
• Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring routes are properly assigned, monitored, and completed on schedule.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment availability, and daily route coverage.
• Establish and implement dispatch procedures, communication protocols, and service standards to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal contacts, providing proactive updates and timely resolutions.
• Monitor route productivity, completion rates, and service performance.
• Resolve operational challenges, including route delays and escalations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to coordinate route changes and service improvements.
• Analyze dispatch performance to identify productivity opportunities.
• Ensure accurate dispatch records and updates in systems.
