Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline teams and oversee daily collection operations in Florida. You will own staffing, coach employees, promote a strong safety culture, and partner with leaders to ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently.

You will collaborate with Customer Experience, Dispatch and Fleet Maintenance to maintain high service levels, resolve issues, and develop future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Drivers and operational staff; oversee daily collection operations.
• Staff operation by partnering with Talent/Recruiting; hire, onboard, retain top talent.
• Conduct daily safety huddles and promote a safety-first culture.
• Monitor routes, make real-time decisions to maximize safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Coach on performance, recognize achievements, and develop future leaders.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Lead by example to ensure top service and route completion.
