Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter in Overland Park, KS is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead the dispatch and coordinator teams and ensure high-quality customer service. The role focuses on daily operations, scheduling, coaching staff, and improving processes to support field operations.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $60,000–$80,000 per year plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and life insurance.

Formación

• 3+ years of Dispatch Manager or supervisory experience.
• HVAC, Plumbing or Utility industry experience preferred.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Dispatch and Lead Coordinator teams, including staffing and scheduling.
• Identify and implement improvements to service systems and processes.
• Oversee daily call center operations and coaching for productivity.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with branch leadership to improve service delivery.
• Manage staffing, coverage and track performance metrics.
