Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians by reviewing routes.
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide service updates.
• Enter ticket information accurately in the computer system.
• Create dispatch numbers for parts ordered and follow up on orders.
• Schedule appointments for part installation and service.
