Job summary
Just In Time Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing Services is seeking a Dispatcher / Opportunity Manager to coordinate field technicians and manage the daily service schedule, ensuring prompt, professional service for customers.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Experience in the trades is not required; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the daily technician schedule
- Communicating with technicians throughout the day to adjust jobs and priorities
- Coordinating incoming service calls and ensuring efficient dispatching
- Monitoring call flow and technician progress to keep the day running smoothly
- Supporting technicians so they can focus on delivering heroic service to customers
- Working closely with the team to ensure every customer experience is a great one
