Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Dispatch/Reservations Supervisor to oversee a large Dispatch department and ensure daily communication with drivers and subcontractors. You will monitor service levels, analyze data, and adjust operations to improve on-time performance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with scheduling tools such as Trapeze, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Starting pay is $33.80/hour and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and 7 day/week operations.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and learn scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large Dispatch department and ensure effective daily communication with drivers and subcontractors.
• Monitor real-time call flow, service levels, and dispatch performance to maximize on-time reliability.
• Provide subordinate coaching and assistance as required.
• Coordinate with senior management to resolve issues and maximize efficiency.
• Oversee customer complaint resolution and dispatch-related Excel reporting.
