Qualifications

• College degree in Business Management or Administration or progress toward degree within 6 months.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while overseeing 7 day/week operations.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with dispatch coordination between operators and customers.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large Dispatch department and coordinate with drivers and subcontractors.
• Monitor service levels, scheduling, and data analysis to maximize on-time performance.
• Provide coaching and staff development to dispatch personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle interviews, grievances, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Fill in as Dispatcher when required and assist in communications with management.
