United Site Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily transportation activities, dispatch drivers, and resolve customer issues. The role includes routing, fielding calls, and assisting with deliveries to ensure on-time service across a busy site-operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information and instructions to drivers (schedules, route changes, road conditions, accidents, emergencies).
• Handle all customer call-ins and provide updates on delivery/service times.
• Make outgoing calls to customers regarding issues like locked gates or missed services.
• Support drivers during emergencies and provide resources to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with customer service on scheduling deliveries or services.
• Post routes and pick-ups, sequence routes as needed, and verify manifests.
• Review driver manifests and ensure accurate delivery/service information.
• Conduct route check-ins to ensure manifest accuracy for posting.
• Keep Operations Manager updated on issues and resolutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
