Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily transportation activities, communicate with drivers, and ensure on-time service and deliveries. You will handle dispatch, route changes, and customer inquiries while coordinating with the field and customer care teams.

This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information and instructions to drivers (schedules, route changes, road conditions, emergencies).
• Handle all customer call-ins and update customers on delivery times.
• Make outgoing calls to customers regarding issues like locked gates or missed services.
• Support drivers during emergencies and provide resources as needed.
• Coordinate with the customer service department on scheduling deliveries or services.
• Post route pick-ups and sequence routes as needed.
• Review driver manifests and capture delivery/service information.
• Conduct route check-ins to ensure manifest accuracy for posting.
• Keep Operations Manager updated on issues and resolutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
