Responsibilities

• Communicate information and instructions to drivers (schedules, route changes, road conditions, emergencies).
• Handle all customer call-ins and provide updates on delivery times.

• Support drivers during emergencies and coordinate resources as needed.
• Coordinate with the customer service team on scheduling deliveries or services.
• Post routes, pickups, and sequences; ensure manifests are accurate and complete.
