Job summary

DO & CO AG in Boston seeks a Dispatcher Lead to coordinate transportation between our production facility, vendors, and the Airport. You will supervise drivers, ensure on‑time dispatch, and maintain TSA/ID compliance. Strong planning, communication, and flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Requirements necessary to obtain airport ID.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills.
• Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service.
• Solution seeker and effective decision maker.
• Hands-on in order to make sure all flights are successfully dispatched on time.
• The ability to manage quickly to overcome any deficiencies in the transportation department.
• Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in the similar role.
• Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation activities between our main production facility, third party vendors and the Airport.
• Manage on time delivery of products, goods and services.
• Plan, forecast, schedule and communicate transportation activities and monitor all aircraft arrival/departure timings and other updates.
• Supervise, motivate, and assist a large team of drivers and driver helpers; ensure schedules and documentation.
• Communicate important information from airline clients to respective departments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the handbook.
