Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in New York to lead daily transportation, dispatch, dock, and ramp activities in a fast‑paced, flight‑sensitive environment. You will coordinate drivers, dispatchers, and fleet personnel, oversee staffing, overtime, safety, and KPI tracking while maintaining strong cross‑functional relationships across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience supervising large, diverse teams of drivers, dispatchers, and dock personnel.
• Knowledge of transportation operations, ramp safety, DOT requirements, and fleet compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation, dispatch, dock, ramp, and logistics activities to ensure safety and on-time flight service.
• Monitor real-time flight activity, identify delays, and take corrective actions.
• Plan and publish employee schedules with proper staffing coverage.
• Coach, train, and develop drivers, dispatchers, and dock personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
