Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Strong team leadership and communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service.
• Capable of obtaining airport ID.
• Flexible for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Hands-on to ensure flights are dispatched on time.
• Ability to adapt quickly to transportation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation between the main production facility, third party vendors and the Airport.
• Manage on-time delivery of products, goods and services.
• Plan, forecast, schedule and communicate transportation activities.
• Monitor aircraft arrival/departure timings and updates.
• Supervise drivers and driver helpers, including schedules and documentation.
• Receive calls from airline clients and airport and inform departments.
• Comply with TSA, U.S. Customs, and local airport rules.
• Work long hours on foot in varying temperatures.
• Flex shifts including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
