Responsibilities include monitoring drivers' hours, coordinating loads to optimize cost, scheduling pickups and drop-offs, handling emails and calls, proactively addressing issues, and scanning PODs to ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent keyboarding and data-entry skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers' hours and equipment availability.
• Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to stay cost-effective.
• Schedule pickups and drop-offs.
• Answer emails and phone calls pertaining to loads.
• Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
• Scan PODs (proof of delivery).
