Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of dispatching, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles according to operational needs.
• Monitor daily routes and schedules for on-time arrivals and departures.
• Communicate with drivers, Mills, CSR’s, and internal teams.
• Track vehicle locations and delivery statuses using GPS and dispatch software.
• Respond to emergencies, accidents, delays, or other issues.
• Maintain dispatch logs, records, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and transportation regulations.
• Assist in route planning to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Document incidents and escalate customer concerns as needed.
