Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with the management team
  • Review and maintain scheduling software to ensure appropriate team routing
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Handle incoming calls regarding past services, follow-ups on current projects, general inquiries, and routine communications
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Prior dispatch experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of the local geographical area is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Skills, Physical Demands, and Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required, which may involve lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
