Job Description

WeLink is looking for a scheduling coordinator to help coordinate the activities of our field teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for maintaining the schedule of 10-20 technicians, updating ticketing systems and our CRM, and communicating with customers to confirm appointments or reset expectations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Schedule appointments and work orders needed to maximize tech productivity.
  • Responsible for creating work orders, providing status to the customer and following up with technicians.
  • Complete daily reports.
  • Act as a liaison between sales representatives, technicians, and customers.
  • Ensuring technician efficiency in the field through quick responses.
  • Scheduled Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am - 5pm
    • Variable hours
    • Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm
    • March-Oct Saturdays: 10am-7pm MST,
    • Nov-Feb Saturdays 8am-5pm MST

Experience/Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Flexibility and creative problem solving
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, Amazon Connect is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a team environment
