Job summary

Levy Restaurants at the Rose Quarter is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to ensure cleanliness of small wares and work areas during dynamic events. You will assist with light food prep and maintain high sanitation standards in a loud, fast-paced venue.

The role offers evening and weekend shifts, with staff meals and event perks. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a high-energy environment. 18+ years old required for service operations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Dishwasher.

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards by washing small wares, equipment and sinks, removing garbage, and sweeping & mopping work areas
• Assist in general food preparation for events as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
