Job summary

Levy, the Food, Beverage, and Retail partner for the Rose Quarter in Portland, is seeking friendly, energetic Catering Attendants to serve guests at events. You will assemble and deliver food, set up tables, and present items in a high-energy venue, while upholding sanitation standards and Levy policies.

Comfort with a loud environment, ability to work evenings and weekends, and strong attendance are essential. Join us to create memorable moments for fans at Portland's arena events.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered events to scheduled locations.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Present food and beverages in venue catering areas with a smile.
• Maintain knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during events.
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and catering storage per sanitation and safety rules.
• Adhere to Levy standards, policies, and procedures.
• Adapt to shifting event locations within the arena.
• Switch between tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Catering Attendant –

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered events to their scheduled locations
• Arrange tables and decorations
• Present food and beverages to guests in the venue’s catering areas (with a smile on your face)
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event
• Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and catering storage in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Adapt to shifting event locations within the arena
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
